Meeting my wife changed my life and put me on the path that I am now traveling. I became a Chopra Center certified meditation teacher years ago, while still living in the US, and began teaching, and continued my own studies of Vedanta and "Yoga," but soon realized that the more I learned, and the more I knew, the more I understood that I do not know anything, so I stopped teaching, and focused on truly imbibing. Since then, and with moving to India, my learning, understanding and personal practice have evolved dramatically, as one might imagine, and will continue to do so. I do not return to teaching lightly, nor is it for any personal aspiration. It is only to share the important practice of Yoga, which for me personally is focused around meditation and contemplation, with a world who is in dire need of solace and healing at this time. But I am a true seeker, and it is the seeking, and sharing of this experience that I enjoy.

Bharat and Beyond

INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION:

This is a 3 day course, with a bit of home study, as well as 3 (ideally consecutive) sessions of 2 hours each day. One hour in the morning and one hour in the evening is ideal, but two hours in a row works as well, as does slight extensions in time.

You will  receive detailed PDF files, which will help you learn, as well as provide excellent reference points going forward.

Getting your head around the process before you dive in is truly important.

The concept is to get you meditating quickly, without allowing you to start any bad habits that are ultimately harder to break, once they begin.  However, a proper understanding of the Yamas and Niyamas is critical to be able to carry the benefits of your meditation "off the mat" so to say, and enjoy the benefits long term. To this end, we are offering a daily Satsang, in which you will learn about these important elements in realtime. 

You will be learning a hybridized version of meditation, encompassing the best of Primordial Sound Meditation, as well as techniques learned here in India, during my ongoing studies of Advaita Vedanta and Shaivism. 

3 DAY COURSE - $360 USD • (Groups of 2 or more $200 USD/Per Person)


PERSONAL GUIDED MEDITATION:

40 Minute session. 5 minutes to settle; 25 minutes of guided meditation; followed by 10 minutes of wind-down, intention setting and question time.

INTENTION SETTING MEDITATION:

This is different from standard meditation, as it is designed to help the meditator to attain specific goals, or intentions. This can be useful in both personal and professional life. We will be offering business sessions as well, for executives and groups of employees of any size. 

40 Minute session. 5 minutes to settle; 25 minutes of guided intention setting meditation; followed by 10 minutes of intention setting and question time.

DISCUSSION:

This is your time. Discuss your practice, spirituality, or whatever you feel is important to you at the moment. I will hold space for you without judgement. The amount of time is unlimited, based upon availability. 

30 MINUTE MINIMUM SESSION - $30 ($60 per hour, and so on, rounded down to the closest 10 minute mark)​​
